Do you want to help others have a really special Purim?

The Norensberg Foundation is promoting a Purim costume gemach. While we are not associated with the gemach itself, we thought what they are doing is important so we have decided to help out in whatever way possible. You can help too by donating costumes, volunteering or getting your costumes from the gemach. By doing so, you will help someone have a special Purim.

For more information you can call 347-723-0616 or e-mail them at purimcostumegemach@gmail.com. They are located at 1641 E 31ST ST (Bet Ave P and Quentin Rd) in Brooklyn and they are open on the following Sundays: February 22, March 1 and March 8 from 11AM-3PM.

This year, we turn seven. Over the past seven years, The Norensberg Foundation has accomplished a lot. From pesach food drives to helping families in need to book and CD sponsorships, we’ve kept busy. We hope, B’ezrat Hashem, to be able to be able to continue this good work for years to come.

To celebrate our birthday, The Norensberg Foundation is proud to announce the launch of our brand new, fully updated web site. Our new site contains archived versions of the Weekly Parasha dating all the way back to 2002 as well as up to date information regarding the Foundation’s latest projects. You can also purchase classic Rabbi Avigdor Miller ZT”L DVDs right from our web site as well as make donations and sponsor various book titles.

In addition to our full archives of past and present versions of the Weekly Parasha and our redesigned newsletter, you can also subscribe to our RSS feeds of the Weekly Parasha and Foundation News. So we hope that you will join us in celebration of our seventh birthday and help us to continue to bring great content to the web site and projects to the public by contributing a small amount to The Foundation. As little as $5 for a Rabbi Miller DVD will help us to produce even more wonderful products and services.

We are looking forward to many more years of bringing great services to the community and we hope that you will enjoy them too.
